    Agreed, but I'll play along any way.

    Bucks, Jazz.
    The bucks had an uncharacteristically bad season 2 years ago and everyone wrote them off. They got a little better and made the playoffs. This season they add a big FA and get their high lotto FA back from injury. Don't like their coach though.

    My son spent a year in SLC for school, and the Jazz have grown on me a bit. They're a small market that doesn't try to be anything but what they are. They have a great young coach in Quinn Snyder who makes their players play hard. He benched their lotto PG for the season because he doesn't play defense well enough. Their center started bitching, and they just jettisoned him for flotsam - dude didn't play defense, too.

    WTF is this thread? There is no #2. I can't even fathom rooting for another team, at any level, for any reason, ever. This is all blasphemous. I will root for the Blazers, and only the Blazers, like I have for the last 30 years. Fuck outta here with this nonsense.

    My backup team would be Los Angeles Clippers but i think Blazers gonna do fine this season like about #10th place.We have money and cap space so we could get some good free agents during the next few years plus we already got allstar Damian Lillard for 6 more years.

    It was going to be Dallas for me because I'm a huge Wes fan. But now I think we will be better than them.

    I'll root for Robin and Nic. Still think we might sign Nic next summer. Utah could be a fun young team to root for.

    I'll root against the Spurs and Rockets. Hate them more than I care for any other team. Watching the Lakers suck will be fun as well. Hope they suck enough to get the #4 pick and it goes to Philly.

    I do not watch much basketball, unfortunately, and that includes the Blazers - but when I do get to and I can not watch a Portland game, I like the Warriors and the Spurs. I know that this is not a popular opinion right here, but I always liked LMA and I still like him - he had the right to think of himself first, I have no problems with that - so will enjoy seeing how good he can be under Pop and Duncan.
