After being banned multiple times (this is at least the third time I recall) he was on probation, and unlike Animal House, this was not double secret probation. PapaG knew the terms of the probation, he agreed to those terms and then he chose to violate those terms. It was his choice and his fault that he got banned (yet again). BNM

How many times has he been warned, suspended and banned? Is it always someone else's fault when he can't play by the rules?
