    They are a well run organization that knows how to integrate new players into their system. They are easily the best scouts of talent as well.

    Begins and ends with POP.

    He has a great system. They are extremely well disciplined. No matter who is on the floor.
    So every game they are prepared. However it does not seem to carry over to the playoffs where
    superstars can carry a team. When Duncan was a superstar they won championships. Now they just win regular season games. I doubt they make it to the finals.
