<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (iversonfan268 @ May 31 2006, 07:03 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>LMAO why would Phil Jackson have left because of Shaq??? Shaq was already gone when Phil Jackson left lol. he left after Shaq so yes it was because of Kobe lol. In response to why he's back maybe because he wanted to see if things would be different in LA and by that I mean they paid him a ton of money. Oh yeah btw elite I dont mean all Kobe/Lakers fans are biased but a whole lot of them are. Dont even try denying that. They all think Kobe is God and that hes perfect. I mean cmon Ive seen Kobe fans call him a class act. Thats the biggest bull sh*t ive ever heard. I mean he has one incredible season(not saying he never had good ones before) and I see Kobe fans saying hes as goos as MJ was</div>I dont deny it at all... I'm just not one of them. I do however defend Kobe when I see something, and many veiw it as worship to him.

Kobe bryant opted out his contract and was in the free agency market. He said if he left, it would be because of shaq's jealousy and selfishness.Secondly, read my sig. Phil jackson admitted he ignored shaq's faults and brushed them aside and he always looked for faults in kobe. If you think i'm lying, read his book.Thirdly, anyone who supports kobe on this board is said to be a worshipper. This thread has nothing to do with kobe, people like you like to center threads about kobe. This is about Shaq and his history, not kobe's.And Rok, i'm not saying Van exel was a problem. From what i've heard, he was. But Shaq was behind the trade. Also, i do not want the heat to win because shaq will be vindicated for trashing the lakers. It's the same with you and nash, atleast nash didn't trash the mavericks.

And he got traded. I guess shaq wasn't to blame [IMG]. Shaq obviously had some input in the traded. Shaq did try to get Kobe traded, i think it was for marion. But it didn't go through. As anypoint said yesterday, Shaq blamed Van gundy for game 7 ecf. Shaq obviously didn't like him and he decides to leave. Guess shaq wasn't to blame [IMG] It's amazing how everyone forgets about these facts when discussiing shaq's career. This usually gets sweeped under the floor.</div>yeah ur right, they should just start realizing this and just trade Shaq. (Sarcasm) Shaq is the most dominant player in the league even though he is on the decline. He gets what he wants and it is proven. That doesnt make him a cancer

Shaq is considered a good teammates because:Besides those 6 situations, Shaq has always had good relationships with his teammatesHe is as unselfish as they come on the courtYes he had some problems, but they weren't just him. Don't give half the facts Melo, because as much as Shaq was a prick to Penny and Kobe, they were as stupid right back.

But this is about shaq and his problems being sweeped under the floor.and, by the way, then threaten not to play defense and rebound if you don't get the ball every time down the floor. And i honestly don't mean to say Shaq is a cancer, but what he's done in his career could be considered cancerous :happy0144:And now, i will return to my shaq avatar

Many analysts I've heard recently say it was both their faults, in both situations. And the reason he's called a good teammate is because: He simply is.What I mean is, that all his teammates call him a good teammate. Do you see the problem with Van Axel, Kobe, Eddie Jones, and Penny Hardaway? All of them wanted to either be the big gun (Penny and Kobe) , or be a shooter (Van Axel, Jones) in situations where it wasn't good for the team. Shaq didn't liek that. You can view it as Shaq wanting more shots, or Shaq not wanted selfish-oriented palyers, but either way, what Shaq wanted normally resulted in W's

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Melo_061 @ May 31 2006, 04:15 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>considered a good guy and teamate when he's record suggets otherwise. Let's recap his career1- Problems with Penny, leaves Orlando in 19962- Problems with Van exel, he gets traded3- Jones/Cambell traded because shaq decides he wants a shooter4- Del harris is fired5- Problems with kobe, fails to get him traded6- Problems with Van gundy, replaced by Pat rileySo why is shaq considered a good guy? When he's past and even present problems suggest his a cancer? Is Shaq the innocent one and all the people he's had fueds with just don't like Shaq?I find this highly intriguing that Shaq's debacles in the past have been hidden.</div>cuz the nba is on his dick

LOL Kobe couldve really meant that but he could've also just as easily said that just to make Shaq look bad. You cant really give that as proof

Well Shaq obviously was jealous because the reigns were given to kobe. That's been documented.
