That's the thing that pisses me off about religion is that it is abused and weaponized. Religion in itself can be a good thing. Faith, spirituality, good morals...that's good stuff. But, to take a pasicifist figure like Jesus, a middle eastern dude of olive complexion, who loved everyone equally according to the bible, and transform him into a gay hating, abortion hating, weapon loving white dude for political purpose is really fucked up. Rick Scott also wants to end all entitlement programs except for the totally disabled and those actively seeking work. I'm sure eliminating social security and Medicare will go over big in Florida. Also eliminate public education and replace with taxpayer funded Christian school.
