He pretends to be big. It's a facade, a false front, a public image...dude is little. Just like Trump.
I actually don't care enough about him to follow enough to know either way. But getting uneducated people to support illogical and cruel policies in large numbers is exactly what Hitler did. So getting thousands to buy what he's selling doesn't hurt the Hitler argument.
People are going to Florida so they can be unvaccinated and party without masks. Freedom! Not for women, people of color, LGBTQ people, unions, protesters. Or health workers who would like to be free to do their job without risking their health or being cursed and threatened by patients and families who got MD from Facebook.
Selling out civil liberties. Criminal penalties for reaching about civil rights or books by Black or gay writers. Indemnifying motorists who drive cars into protesters. Make it harder to vote. Force women to carry pregnancy against their will. Even tell businesses they can't make health and safety rules for their employees. Only civil liberty is right to spread disease.
Florida Republican legislator proposing requirement teachers wear body cameras and microphones to verify their every word and make sure they don't teach anything that makes white people uncomfortable.
