no Lebron in that tweet and he says Jazz first..as well as IF THE BLAZERS DIDN"T WANT ME....answering a twitter question...hardly expressing a desire or that he wants to team up with Lebron.....that's like saying he wants to team up with Rubio in Utah......it was a simple answer to a twitter follower...nothing more
We have the loss of Big Ed to process today...you think this thread adds anything to the offseason? I don't.....it's pure doomsday prediction fodder. I think Dame is an alpha dog...he's a leader, not a follower...he is the face of a franchise...not another Kevin Love in Cleveland
I understand that you said you hadn’t ever read anything where he said he might want to play for the Lakers. So that was it. Doubtful you’ll see much more than that while he’s under contract somewhere... Do you think he may decide he wants out that’s the real question?
Put another way...Magic would be stupid not to call up Neil. Not saying that that means anything happens, but LBJ would trade Ball and anyone else on the team to get Dame in LA. And Magic would let him.
I agree with you that Dame is an Alpha and a leader, I just wonder if he decides he can’t win here at some point and decides he needs to go.
He doesn't want out, and just in case you didn't know, he is also on record as saying he wouldn't want to join or become part of a "superteam." /end thread
People got so upset Paul George and Melo went to OKC with Russ......then we swept those fuckers with role players...it's actually fun to do
I actually don’t see OKC as a a threat to the teams like GS and Houston though. Maybe if they turned Melo into something S’mores or something...
I really hope so, the thread wasn’t a doomsday whatever you called it, it was just a question because I think if were all honest we know they can’t win a championship anytime soon, and Dame probably is confident but down there somewhere he probably knows it too. Maybe the timing was bad to ask the question but I legitimately feel bad for Dame he’s one of the best things that’s happened to Portland and NO keeps screwing him out of team mates.
Damian Lillard to the Lakers?!? That would be him flying the bird to every Blazers fan everywhere, not bloody likely.
