33% this year so far. 33% last year. 34% the year before. Why would any team respect that? It'd be no different than if Aminu was out there and teams left him open constantly.

Better DBPM, better TS% and equal OBPM. In advanced stats Turner looks better. And re the rebounding yes he is worse, but not as much as numbers show since Sabonis gets a lot of them compared to lets say RoCo. He is also a worse playmaker but I don t care about my Center being a playmaker really if he can do what Turner does.
He is also two years younger and signed for next season as well.

    Probably something like

    Nurkic, Roco, possibly a pick

    For

Turner and Justin Holiday or Torrey Craig

I was not an aminu fan but if our athletic 7 foot center shoots 3s like aminu did for us….I’m all for that

    Portland can't trade a pick right now unless it's a 2nd

Not arguing that. Sounds like we are trying to trade Nurk and Roco there, that's just what fits salary wise.

Nurk is a better defender. Turner get most of his blocks coming from the help side.

Asked Jake about this. He said multiple team front offices considered us the fav to land Turner but that was before the Dame surgery news came up. Doesn't necessarily see it happening unless something changes

I"d be fine with Myles Turner if it means we're getting rid of CJ or Powell. Definitely not for Nurk

I would say LOL at multiple 1sts for Turner, but Olshey did pay multiple first's for RoCo

if that's actually true than all the rumors about Portland are bogus because Portland can't trade any 1st's

unless it's RoCo for a protected 1st to a 3rd team; Nurkic for a protected 1st to a 4th team; both protected 1st's to Indy, and Turner to Portland. But then depending on the protections, I might rather have the 1st's

Hopefully Turners just smoke. I’d rather have Sabonis if we’re trading Nurkic.
