Fiction: Phil Chenier says that he's developing into a great defender. He's quick, agile, a great offensive rebound and oh yea....he's 6'11". He just needs time like anyone else. They considered last year his rookie year due to the injury he had in '02. F/F - Michael Jordan set this franchise back by playing for two years.
fiction- he didnt do much for the team they never made it to the playoffs.... f/f - wizards will win championship
Austin, c'mon man there is no chance they will win the championship this year. They will just either make the playoffs as a number 7 or a number 8 seed. No chance at a championship. F/F Kwame Brown will finally live up to his hype.
Fact: He killed Kwame's confidence and forced Rip out of town. The big thing though was Kwame's confidence..he wanted Kwame to be awesome from Day 1...a HSer takes time to develop. F/F: This is Larry Hughes' last year with the Wizards.
Fact. I'm pretty sure he will be traded to a team for a need (position, weknesses etc.) and now that he is the 3rd, possibly 4th "guy" on the team, I don't see him handling it very well. F/F: Kwame Brown will not have his breakout year ever.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "MavsJ33":</div><div class="quote_post">F/F Kwame Brown will finally live up to his hype.</div> Fact, I think next season he'll put up something like 14 points, and 8-9 rebounds, which is pretty good for him, and he'll continue to build on that. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">F/F: Kwame Brown will not have his breakout year ever.</div> Fiction, it's right on the horizon, and I think this will be the year. F/F: Larry Hughes will not be happy with his role on the team
Fact--He wasnt happy in Golden State...why would he be here when he will be possibly the 4th option. F/F: If Shaq gets injured, We will win our division.
If you meen more minutes than last year. I think he will IMO, but he also could possibly go down because of the expectations of Brown and Etan Thomas.
fact: He will just barely. Like he'll average 20.1 to 20.3 ppg. But his assists will go way up, since he has Jamison to dish it too. F/F: Brendan Haywood will start over Etan Thomas.
Fact: People dont realize it but Brendan is much more valuable to us than Etan, an overpayed one dimensional player. Brendan has some offense, defense, and can rebound. Etan just plays D..he gets his points off of putbacks mainly. F/F: Kwame will be the starter all year, he will not be benched at all..
Fact: This should be his best season yet. F/F: The Wizards record is 5 wins or more better than last season?
Fact. If the team stay healthy, it's possible the record is 10 wins or more than last season. F/F: Kwame will be a candidate for MIP
I don't think so, he averaged 10.9 ppg. 7.4rpg. 1.5apg. and I don't plan on seeing him impove more than 2 points a rebound and an assist higher than what he is doing now. So I don't see him as a candidate. F/F Antawn Jamison will be one of the best forward in the Eastern conference this year.
Fiction. Vince Carter, Jermaine O'Neal, Ron Artest, (healthy) Grant Hill are all ahead of Antawn Jamison for me at this point, he could move up in my rankings though and prove otherwise. F/F: the wizards need a consistent 4 to play the starting spot until Kwame Brown can prove himself.
Fiction, Kwame is a consistent 4, he put up rouded up, 11 and 7 last year, and he plays very good defense. His numbers should improve to about 14 and 8-9 rebounds next year, and he will be the starting 4. About Jamison, I don't know if I'd say Grant Hill is better than him at this moment, but also Richard Jefferson, and maybe Antoine Walker (uggh) F/F: Brendan Haywood will average 10 or more points this season
Fiction. Haywood is not good enough yet to put up 10+ points on a consistent basis. F/F: Gilbert Arenas will lead the league in scoring next season.
Fiction. There are atleast 10-15 players in my mind who will probably average more than him this season. F/F: Gilbert Arenas will have atleast 2 triple doubles.
