http://sports.yahoo.com/video/nba-trade-deadline-show-232730570.html I'll blog from here for people who aren't able to tune in.
I am expecting absolutely nothing today. Blazer brass doesn't have the balls to pull the trigger on anything major because we think all our players are special snowflakes who are worth way more than they actually are.
Woj: Bostong has engaged both IND and CHI. Chicago wants rotational players back. They don't want to do a complete rebuild just with picks. The very valuable Brooklyn picks are available. As of now, BOS is not close to a deal for Butler or George.
Woj: Pacers would like to ad players versus trading George. They aren't close to any significant deals as of now either.
Marks: Surprised with the low return that PHI got for Nerlens Noel. Bogut will eventually be bought out. Don't want to be critical..... Most of the talk was for Okafor leading up to this trade.
Not to me it doesn't unless you think he bolts in free agency. I guess I not as big on the Point Guards in the draft (who will probably go 1-3) as others.
That's been the problem with Boston. They have so much, that teams want the moon. Happened last year too.
Mannix: Lots of teams interested in Bogut. Marks: He has been injured on and off all year. He can't go back to Golden State. Playoff type teams will want him.
Marks: Sam Presti always thinking 1 step ahead. Roberson might cost OKC more money so if they can get someone like McDermott with a better contract long term, they would consider that.
