While I want Simmons, I would have no problem paying for far less to get Siakam. Yes, I know that would have to be a threeway deal. Perhaps Portland can negotiate a threeway deal to get Simmons to Portland and send CJ somewhere else.

I’d trade 2 1s/Nas for Simmons and throw CJ in to make the money work. I see addition by subtraction by getting rid of CJ. The Dame thing scares me a bit, has paying a 37 year old 50 mil ever worked out? He’s not really a Chris Paul type. The cap will probably be higher then so I may just say fuck it and do it IF we can snag a Simmons or Sabonis first.
