    Did write-in votes for Nick Saban really sway Tuesday night's Alabama Senate Election?

    Democrat Doug Jones on Tuesday night won the Alabama Senate Election, ousting heavily-favored Roy Moore with the help of large voter turnout and what's believed to be an unexpected sizable number of write-in votes for Alabama coach Nick Saban.

    One Alabama voter who spoke with MSNBC says he voted for Saban and believes many others did as well.

    According to Dan Zak of The Washington Post, the number of total write-in votes exceeded the margin of victory for Jones, meaning it had a profound impact on Tuesday's final results.

    22,777 write-in votes.

    21,311 votes separating Jones from Moore.

    I DID NOT vote for Wyden in his last 2 elections.

    Probably right. I thought there was an article here a few years ago that said China had over 100 seven footers in it's Olympic basketball program or national team or whatever system.

    It just dawned on me why Moore liked the time of slavery. Not because people had slaves.

    Because girls got married when they were around 12 or 13!

    It's clear as day why he likes that time period. Nobody else thought of this?
