probably. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. During the summer they all get in their bikini's and lay out in the sun while their kids play around in the outdoor pool. I always make sure to make a stop at the snack shack after a workout so I can check out the scenery. There's this one with a super tight body and the fakest tits, she small talks every guy in the gym and every exercise she does has to do with her ass pointing in the air.

Eraser tits is definitely not in my parents group. Will have to ask them about her though. I do not think I have ever seen anyone overly flurty at the Andresen 24.

There's probably more variations of ab routines than any other muscle group. Google them and give them all a try. I'm big on plyometric type stuff.

I meant when you're adding it to water.

Alright, went with one scoop(w/4 ounces of water)the first time out. Noticed a bit of an increase in extra strength. Nothing great though(I drink coffee regularly). Got way more dehydrated than normal. I couldn't get enough water. I'm going to try and get more water pre-workout next time. I'll up it to two scoops and go from there.

you're talking per scoop right? So if you're doing 3, you're going with around 12 ounces of water?

It has creatine in it. Make sure you drink a lot more water.

It really doesn't matter. Just add to taste. The more you dilute it, the more you have to drink. Usually that stuff tastes like shit, so the less you have to drink, the better.

I mix my creatine scoops by eye. Just add enough water to get it down, then add some more water to get the shit that settled at the bottom after finishing the first glass.

I switched to the L-Arginine powder and that is some rough stuff. Still was not palatable after adding some orange juice and had to add a couple of tablespoons of agave to wash it down. I used to just eat creatine with a spoon and deal with the bad taste in one gulp. Not sure I can do that with this stuff.

Yeah, for sure. I will definitely have a water bottle with me all the time now, instead of running to the water fountain after every other set.

Did two scoops of Jack3d this evening and had a water bottle with me this time. Both improved the jack3d expirience. Didn't get dehydrated at all and felt great up until I left the gym. Think I'll stick with two scoops unless i'm really dragging.

Dude, it's 3 hours later I feel great. I can see how this stuff can be addicting. I think I need to give myself a little more time before I hit the gym next time though. Wasn't setting in until I hit my 2nd or 3rd exercise. I could have stayed another hour easily, energy wise.

I usually take it about 30-45 minutes prior to working out. Also, i always cycle off it for a couple weeks once I run out.
