<font color="red"><u>Best of all time</u></font>: it has to be the Lakers cuz they've been competitive in every decade since the NBA started. If you had asked this question in the late 80's then I would have said the Celtics but since then they have faded big time. <font color="red"><u>Worst of all time</u></font>: It has to be the Clippers. They have never been really competitive where other teams have at least during a period of time. Washington have won the championship and the Hawks were really good in the late 80's.
