Felton would be my choice. Only Blazer I ever hated. It's not because he was the worst player, because clearly there were other guys that couldn't play -- I can't fault a guy that lacked talent but at least tried. It was that Felton showed ability, had potential, didn't take care of himself, played like he didn't care, was a locker room cancer, and then blamed all his missteps on other people. The fact that we traded a favorite player to get him just made it worse.

I guess another, better way of looking at it is Felton did more damage to the Blazers than guys that didn't have enough ability to get into games.

Felton is my personal least favorite Blazer ever, but he was not LaRue Martin bad on the court. Felton just ruined more Blazer games for me than any player in recent history and cost us my favorite pt guard to boot.

Derek Anderson. Huge overpaid pussy...never forget him missing a game with a toothache and driving thru McDonald's during the game.

Agree Bowie does not belong on list. It's only because of the eternal "Bowie ahead of Jordan"; as mentioned, his problems were less mental than physical. Unlike Oden, he did try. And he seems to have a good attitude - I wasn't following the Blazers in 1985 or so and can't answer how he was then but I did see an interview a few years back. Bowie was asked how he felt about being the poster child for bad draft picks and said that he really did not have a lot to complain about. His NBA career was not what he would have wanted but he did play in the NBA; very few people get that chance. With the money he earned he was able to start a business he still owns. He's been married to the same woman over 20 years, they have 3 healthy children who either are going or plan on going to college. Life has been good to him.

No way does a person with that kind of attitude belong on a worst of anything list. He sounds like a pretty decent, level headed person, and frankly he's right. Life has been good to him.

Does Detlef Schrempf get a nod? He was great with the Sonics but when he came to the Blazers he didn't do all that well.

The only reason he'd be on here is because he lied about his knees...he knew they were bad and chose to withold this...I understand he had a family to feed...but his lie cost the Blazers

So then Roy should be on the list, too.

It wasn't his knees, it was brittle bones. But yes, it did cost the Blazers.

People conveniently choose to ignore the fact that Chicago approached us about making a trade because THEY WANTED BOWIE, TOO!

You mean "Former All Star Jamal Magloire"! The worst part was the staff/front office insisted on playing him ahead of both Joel Przybilla and rookie LaMarcus Aldridge because they were "showcasing" him for a possible trade. Shit, he sucked so bad, playing him DECREASED his trade value. When the trade deadline passed, they FINALLY started to give Aldridge Magloire's minutes and he had a huge March with a 30-point game, and games of 24/17 and 27/14 - way better than anything Magloire ever did in a Blazer uniform.
