To me, great footwork and low post skills are what makes a PF great. An outside game, that's just icing. Plus, Ryan Gomes has been able to do that. Al Jefferson did show a glimpse of a midrange shot, but i honestly think he was just hot that night.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Strengths: A massive athlete. Jefferson is a true post player in era where there are few. He encompasses his athletic ability and great strength to dominate in the post. He has good footwork and can score anywhere within the paint. When he's determined, nobody stops him from getting to the basket. Al has good touch with in 10-12 feet and decent passing skills for a post player. He understands the game and has a desire to win</div> Last time I checked..He has all the tools to be a superstar PF**Thats from nbadraft.net

He isnt great at using his quickness to beat players like most of the great PF's do, because he doesnt have quickness. And also, he doesnt have a shooting game at all.

And all those guys you've mentioned are 5-10 years older than Al..When they came into the league they were equal or better than Al is skill wise.
No he's not like Shaq. He's not as dominate. And your right, he doesnt have good range. Glad we're almost on the same page :happy0144:
KT is the Suns worst starter fo sho. Not hard to see.as for other teams, we'll see. Gotta wait till they play man. 2 mo months
Heres mine:C-Rafael Araujo 34 starts out of 52 games-11.6MIN-2.3PPG-2.8RPG-.3APGF Viktor Khryapa 53 starts out of 69 games-21.6MIN-5.8PPG-4.4APG-1.3APGF-Quinton Ross 45 starts out of 67 games-22.6MING-4.6PPG-2.5RPG-1.2APGG-Adrian Griffin-45 starts out of 52 games- 23.9MIN-4.6PPG-4.9RPG-1.7APGG-Royal Ivey 66 starts out of 73 games-13.4MIN-3.6PPG-1.3RPG-1.0APGNow really, Ross and Griffin fill thier roles nicely with thier respective teams. They do the dirty work for them and thats all good and everything, but if on another team, they most likely wouldnt be starting. Also, They weren't even the best players on thier team at that position. Stackhouse and Daniels are better than Griffin and Corey Maggette is better than Quinton Ross. Its just that they fill thier roles nicely, and Maggette was injured a ton last season. Araujo, Khryapa, and Ivey start because there really isnt anyone else on the team that is better. Its just that they arent that good themselves.
