I don't know about Dynasty though, I mean the team will be good, but I don't even see us taking the East, actually we could because Bobcats and Hawks give us like 8 games won, but I don't see Dynasty in the immediate future.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting cubanballer:</div><div class="quote_post">oh, so now the heat is going to be a dynasty? that's great.

you just said it - a pretty decent big man. not a dominating one. he's not in the duncan, olajuwon, shaq league.

setting aside that the bulls with no one in the middle won six titles (vs none for the likes of patrick ewing, david robinson, etc) the pistons of isaiah thomas didn't have a dominant big man either, if you need another team that won multiple championships. the showtime lakers didn't have a dominant big man - kareem was in his last legs and in any case, i'm not sure you could call him dominant. if you want we can keep going back in history.</div>

Neva said the Heat was going to be a dynasty.
    Pistons had Bill Laimbeer(sp?)
Lakers had Kareem as you said. Kareem was one of the best centers in the league even at that time.
