I never said I would take it. I said if I needed the money, then I'd think about it. I'm living comfortably now, so there's no need for me to kill anyone.

And for the record, the Spreewell reference was just a joke.

He wouldn't do it. He'd hold out for more than $10 million... [IMG]

If there's no aftermath because of it, I'd do it. On the other hand if I see any sign of that person: a picture of this rando, or a reaction from someone they knew, I'm not doing it.

But if the only physical, tangible consequence is 10 mil, and the audible "click" of the button being pushed, I'd do it.

(PS: since the stipulation is that it could be me or my family member, then in this case I wouldn't push the button)

    No.

I couldn't live with the guilt. In my religion, if you kill someone, you will basically go to hell.

    I still don't understand this.

The only connection between my button push and this person's death is someone telling me about the causation?

Seems kind of flimsy. I mean, somebody dies every second. Someone telling me I caused it doesn't really have much of an effect - especially if it's all theoretical.

I don't even find out who this person is?

j/k, maybe if it was 100 mill, then I'd think about it. [IMG]

Out of all the people on S2, I'd have thought you'd be the one to say "no".

That meant no by the way. lol

(if you didn't get it the first time)

Personally I couldn't live with knowing that I caused someone to die, and thats before bringing religion, family beliefs, tradition, etc into consideration and thoughts.

For 8 million, I'd kill the nutjob who's offering me the money, and obviously does not value human life.

Yeah, actually..if there are no consequences? Can I hit it 3 times for like $25 million and a tank of gas?

And like..if we slowly push it? Does the person die a painful slow death? Depending on how hard/fast we push the button, that should represent their death.

Actually you bring up a good point: what happens if you press the button and the proctor dies? How can he pay you your money? [IMG]

Oh and did Peg just say that video wasted 7 minutes of his life and then publicly recommend it? [IMG]

I think if you caress it softly, the person should die a peaceful death in the eyes of Allah.

IF I somehow manage to make the button press itself, and then pull it back up, can I kill someone from the past? Could I, like, go back in time and kill Jesus?

Nope, but if I were in a desperate state of mind, or if someone I loved dearly was at stake(and if I would still get the money), I would probably push it.

I'm not religious. I don't believe in heaven or hell or anything like that, but that stuff is too messed up for me.
