    42 points in only 31 minutes :shock: ....he had 4 straight steals in the 3rd quarter and had some sick dunks..he is playing great right now.

    MVP also Houston choked and the Lakers are now only 1/2 a game out of the playoffs.

    just imagine if the lakers werent blowing people out and he played over 40 mins a game, he could be averaging 45 pts lately, and tonight he coulda had 55+ easy, i wanna see him play more to score 50+!!

    He is MVP,his team is doing great and obviously he's team leader now.

    I am watching bball for about 7 years(since I wa 8).
    Only player who was that good was MJ.

    Kobe is MVP finally,he just got to coninue with his great games and I am sure he will.

    I think Kobe will also lead league in scoring if he continue like this!!!

    Simply amazing

    If he played the whole game he would score 50.

    He is the best player right now!!!!!!
    Period....

    That dunk was sick but I dont know if he will be the MVP. Without shaq the Lakers would have a horrible record right now.

    I agree. kobe might end up with the best numbers but MVP?? without shaw i thought they were 2-10. maybe 3-9 BIG DIFFERENCE> he doesnt know how to win not without the big man. compare that to a guy whos the sole reason his team is in any kind of contetnion l.ike jason kidd. hes got to win the mvp. if anyone form the lakers gets it its shaq

    Every Laker fan says that because it's the truth. You think T-Mac could win with those 4 guys? He can barely get W's in the weak East with his current squad.

    ^ exactly.....kobe got 7 assists per game without shaq with a load of scrubs who weren't playing well.Kobe has 41 rigth now..he is amazing..and right now i don't think mcgrady is as good as kobe....not many are.
