Never heard of that law, but 11 people hanging out at almost midnight would look sort of suspicious to a cop...

Not a smart choice to disobey the cops no matter what the issue. They are the bullies but you have to listen to them.

 

Some one called the cops on me and my friend for biking near the old folks home

In Colorado, I think it is 11 or 11:30 on weekdays and 12 or 12:30 on weekends for kids under 18.

(78 in a 60)</div>My friend just got 95 in a 55, the cop dropped it to 85 for him so it was $300. I've gone 120 in a 55 with him, and he went 98 in a 25 in NJ a few weeks ago.
