Does asshole joe realize he should try and win 1 game so we get the crappy astros on the road instead of the dominant astros at home. He needs a kick in the balls

Home field Tuesday apparently means nothing to this team.

I'm so fed up with Girardi's over managing again. He's been doing this bullshit all season long. Sorry if this offends anyone but if this guy got canned I wouldn't miss him. There was absolutely no reason for Severino to come out with only 91 pitches.

What a complete joke. 1-5 in the last six against Boston and Baltimore. I've stuck up plenty for Girardi but what I've seen in these last games is absurd. This is not minor league tryout camp. You need a win a goddamn game.

I hate the whole dynamics that surround this team. It is an insult with anyone who understand baseball to be forced fed this shit.

Like I said in the other thread Rick....he treats these players like pussies and because of that it will continue to bite him in the ass.

Girardi said as much in the pre-game when he said having this team rested is more important than HFA. Newsflash Joe, the Astros have the best home record in the AL & one of the worst on the road. Where's your logic peckerhead?

This team is making me hate it. They're only in due to mediocre play from other teams.

If I'm reading Girardi correctly, he is begging to be canned!
This team is not having fun. He does not sound like he is
having fun being manager of this bunch.

    New faces next year?

Astros up 3-0 in the 6th. I will be watching the Giants game Sunday, honestly really don't care anymore what they do.

There's something going on behind the scenes we don't know about. Some of what's going on lately makes no sense.

Don't know if you follow the Jets at all also Lil but it so remember the game is on at 9:30 in the morning because they're playing in London.

As far as the Giants I was really hoping to see Beckham & Cruz together.

I can understand what Girardi hoped to accomplish but unfortunately it backfired because the employees failed to do their jobs. Game 1 saw the offense fuck up more that a few opportunites while the starter and bullpen dipped the JP4 farm again. Game two saw Sevy a bit shaky but straighten out finish with a flourish. Once again the offense failed, and reading the play by play Betances became the game 2 fuck up behind the offense. Pretty obvious that Baltimore wants to scramble the Yankees asses just like they di Boston in '11. This team started to go into the deep tank after Cleveland took 3/4 at the Stadium. The GM Made no moves and think about where they'd be if not for Bird, Sevy, and Refsnyder. If this team ends up in a tie with Houston they will be in trouble, what will be really stupid is if they have to play a tie breaker for 1st place WC.

Michael as you see from the responses here most of us don't have any idea at all what Girardi is thinking. Don't get me wrong, of course its not all on him but seriously he's made his fair share of bone head moves this year that have led to some bad results. This offense though (especially in the last few months) has been a joke. Put that along with the inconsistant pitching & we're seeing the results. Just a very frustrating season from all concerned. From ownership, to the front office, to Girardi & down to the players.

You will get no complaint from me in regards to the lack of moves this team made to try and better itself. Frankly it's a disgrace and slap in the face to the fans. Every other playoff team went out and made moves with the hopes it would help them in October. The need for bullpen help has been glaring and another bat outside of Ackley wouldn't of hurt either.
