He's a HR pinata. Another gopher to a lefty hitter.

It has to first get more ugly and the Yanks are probably going to take a couple of big hits but, if we want CC out of the rotation, we must endure (and hope) he gets hammered very early and often in his next couple of starts and the Yanks will (I really believe) HAVE TO pull him from the rotation especially with the current state of the rotation...I.e. Pineda on DL, Tanaka needing to pick it up a bit, Nova still getting his legs and stamina together......
We actually - IMO - have to root for him to be worse than he is...no longer pitching badly such as 5.1 IP and 4 or 5 runs....it needs to get absolutely embarrassing and killing the team before the 4th-5th inning and then the real "Plan" will kick in- not Cashman's or any one else's plan- I'm relying on the inescapable natural order of things.
Lol.....maybe to the point where Hal Steinbrenner gets annoyed, clears his throat, calls Cashman and brings up CC's name.

Rare absolutely hideous play by Ellsbury.

Inside the park homer ruling is a joke. Thats a single and 3 base error. An embarrassing play by ells bury and an embarrassing ruling by the official scorer.

...I think that's the first bad defensive play I've seen him make since coming to the Yanx.

Yes, they are all human. When they want to play ugly baseball,
they know how to do it very well.

2 on, nobody out = zero runs. Two line drives = zilch

Gallardo lives dangerously and very lucky. CC also lives dangerously
with no luck. That's my jaundiced perspective.

I thought this would be a high scoring game. Final 10- 9.
Have no idea who wins. But I have a pretty good idea who loses!!!!!!!!!!! LOL*

    * Oh, Ye of little faith..............when CC is pitching.

Just noticed. Tigers about to blow an 8 run lead to O's.
Porous relief pitching. 9-8 top of 9th.

CC Sabathia, just as I thought, Big Pud, Team Dud, divide the Yankees remaining games by five and you'll find an auto loss potential.

Tex hit the HR, after Wilson had already taken the mound. It's Wilson's game to lose or win, now, not CC, and Yes, I am of NO Faith in CC......

He should be polishing balls and shoes in A+ ball.....

Is it just me, or does J. Wilson remind anyone else of 'Boomer' Wells...??

I'm convinced, Tex needs days off to be productive.

Yep, I'm convinced it's rational to give older players more rest than 20 something year olds.

Well the bottom line is you cannot as a reliever walk the leadoff hitter.
