Wrong! the last game he put the Yankees in a 3-0 hole. Yes better then the 4-0 hole he put the Yankees in in his 1st start but still not good. So his ONLY good start was last night.

He pitched 7 innings gave up 4 runs to a good hitting team in a good hitters park.

"He put the Yankees in a hole"...... Lol
What ever happened to scoring 4 runs...asking too much?

Oh, I get it.....he's supposed to allow 3 of less runs in every start....just like MOST pitchers do. Lmao.

    YOU, are wrong.

Stop trying to make this a battle between you, your master and me...and try and be intellectually honest.

...why don't you just stop with your "master" BS.....gimme a break, you still think this is some sort of personal concerted conspiracy against you, it's not.

...and you have the gall to ask someone to be "intellectually honest"?...I'm surprised your fingers did not explode as you typed that.

First off- we're all well aware of CC's situation, knee surgery, lost a few mph on his fastball....needs to become more of a finesse pitcher without his 95-ish fastball....trying to kinda reinvent himself and I think he can.

    Secondly - now pay attention....
Kuroda pitched WELL for the Yanks...including a playoff game vs Detroit on 3 days rest which he had never done up to that point. In that playoff game, he pitched 7.2 innings, gave up 3 runs, 5 H, 0 BB, 11Ks.

For his Yankee career, he had a 3.44 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP.
    Not too shabby huh?

I'm not a baseball genius, I just have a better memory than YOU.
I guess it's just in the genes.

First off stop flattering yourself, you're really not that important. And as I've mentioned in an earlier post which you conveniently elected to ignore, because that's what you do, by your warped & delusional way of thinking if the Yankees get shut out in three straight games but than score 16 runs in game 4 you'll point out that the team is averaging 4 RPG & that's okay.

And in your book allowing 4 runs over 7 innings is okay with you. I'll let you do the math on what his era would be on that line as not to embarrass you.

So you figure he pitched okay in 2 of his 3 starts, hell that's a good trick when you consider that he gave up 8 earned runs in only 12.2 innings in his 1st two starts. You see where I'm going with this Bob? you're making very little sense. But hey keep those hopes alive. I'm still hoping they put together a respectful & competitive season. GO YANKEES!

We all would like a good season but if you're looking at it objectively there's major flaws. All of this nonsense about CC making up for Kuroda or this guy hitting a little better or that guy hitting a little better does what exactly? Maybe puts them in the low 80s for wins where they miss the playoffs for a third straight season? Honestly, you're better off completely sucking and getting a better draft pick. Not that Cashman would know what to do with it.

Worst part of CC pitching somewhat better, it means he's gonna get run out there again and again regardless of performance. Bottom line, he put up another crooked number inning resulting in a loss. He was given a lead rather than putting the team in a big hole early. 0-3 is the only relevant qualifier if one cares about winning games and making the playoffs. The same size gets bigger every day, coming up on 10% of the season. The discussion is still in the 80-82 win range. Saying 90...you might as well predict 95 or 100. But if you do I hope your smoking better dope.

    Intellectually bankrupt,
and always a temper tantrum of insults,.....since your always speaking out of your ass, you've got to have your head in an ostrich hole of your own........
