This team will have you drunk more often than not.......lack of depth in pitching will be this team’s downfall on any given game day. And Trashman will give away the farm for a pitching prospect! He’s a crap shooter who throws craps!
Oh, I do not like an aging, soft swinging Gardner! SOB....cannot get runner in from 3rd base with no body out in the 9th inning! Give me a fuckin’ break.
As Country Singer Ernest Tubb once sang, the Yankees did a "Waltz Across Texas in 3/4 time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just know Trashman is going to package Clint Frazier and others, but there is a real need to supplant Gardner and Frazier is the correct fit. What will he do?
what started out as a fcking horrible day, wife calls me while i am at the gym saying she thinks she has a flat.....the tire was off the fucking rim when i met her at the parking lot...to getting AAA to change the tire...to driving the van to the mechanic ...to needing two new tires....to waiting for said tires to arrive....to coming home to watch the game...to having a nice lead...to going to pick up wife from her school...to coming back home and watching them blow said lead....to getting mad...to watching magic happen in the top of the ninth...to watching strike three ...to oh shit it got passed him... to YANKEES WIN DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YANKEES WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gleyber Torres is today’s hero......and thank God. Otherwise, if not for him, this team had the proverbial lucky horseshoe planted somewhere up their arses! A 6-1 road trip against winning teams. Now, team heads home to play Cleveland, Bahston, and Oakland, no pushover here.
The kid can hit, ditto Andujar. None of the Crushers contributed much, especially in the 8th when they were trying to hit 5 run bombs. At some point in time when Bird or Austin get back Boone is going to make lineup changes that work like the end of Judge Stanton back to back. I have to admit I like Gardner, damn good defensive outfielder but not doing well at the dish. I'd consider getting Hicks more lead off AB until the "walking wounded: get back. One thing we don't have to worry about is Ellsbury, he's out for a considerable amount of time.
