Like I said that's now two loses in three games by a 2-1 margin. Eventually somebody will beat you and tonight Bautista did.
rick nothing wrong with sounding like pasta, in the end you, will be found to be right bout most things said, not all, but enough ... and blg, i believe most pitch calls come in from the dugout, esp in tight situations.. so mess, over 20 innings with girardi at the helm that they haven't hit dicky, ever here the word adjustment, preparedness, strategy, they may to come into play with a manager who knows how to apply them... from what i saw tonite, every yankee hitter was swinging out of their tucas's at a 75 mph pitch. WOW! and i don't know where the offense is struggling, when they have scored what 30 + runs in 2 games in last 10 days... seems to me in close games they struggle cause there is no small ball being played
The last three games the offense has struggled in that they have scored a total of four runs. It's really not that hard of a concept to grasp. Oh and yes lets blame Girardi for the Baustista homer as well now. Frankly you're now officially a one trick pony around here and a joke. Ignore looks like a good option because frankly I don't need to lose anymore brain cells with your dumb troll like shit.
Pasta I've been on boards long enough to know the difference between having an opinion you believe in and just posting stuff to get a rise out of people and be annoying. You're doing the later and it has become blatantly obvious. Especially when you readily admit you don't watch much of the games anyway.
first off, put your frustration where it properly belongs, not on another poster! there are only 2 things to talk about when it comes to a baseball game, players execution and the coaches decisions or lack of. you talk about the players and their lack of production, i choose to talk about the coach and the lack of production he gets from his players. there is absolutely no need for you to get personal!
Because most of your comments have no basis in reality. It would be a different story if they did. There's a reason nobody can have a discussion with you when all your posts are just the same rinse and repeat cycle.
Funny, I don't remember them having enough of me on the New York Rangers board as well. Then again I'm sure you convinced yourself everyone over there is an idiot as well. Like I said it would be one thing if anyone could have a discussion with you about anything but you consistently make it clear you have no interest in that anyway.
"and blg, i believe most pitch calls come in from the dugout, esp in tightsituations".. I'm not so sure Girardi calls most of the pitches (or any at all) - I know Mike Scioscia calls the pitches, but not sure Girardi does...are you sure about this.? Anyway.....I do believe tomorrow is a fairly large game. Must grab a win to avoid a possible sweep or losing 2/3. Now's the time - this isn't "early" and in a week we'll be in mid August. Don't want to rush things and I don't enjoy saying this but,... ......a bad 15-20 stretch of games at this point could easily cause irreversible damage.
Because McCann clearly calls the games. When have you ever seen him looking to the dugout or the dugout flashing signs? McCann shouldn't of called a fast ball and with it called Pinder cannot hang one right down the middle. Since they knew the ump was calling the low strike all night I agree with what you said before. They should've stayed low in the strike zone again. Or since Bautista trys to pull everything why not try to get another call on the inside corner?
Bottom line, this offense really needs to wake up before they see there once 7 game lead dwiddle down to a game & a half by the time Toronto leaves town.
...the FB that Bautista hit was poorly located, plain and simple...so the fact that a FB was called for was not the problem because it does not matter if a change up or breaking ball had been called for instead. Why would someone think that a pitcher is more likely to hit his spot with an off-speed pitch any better than his FB? ...if a pitcher makes a mistake and leaves any pitch over the heart of the plate, MLB hitters will hit it, and batters like Bautista will hit it even harder.
