Before this series began, I felt it would be up to the starters for the team to win this series. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. In fact, we may be looking at getting swept at home. Yeah, timing sucks.
In the last 4 games the Yankees have scored only 4 runs with a batting average of 188 & 0-12 with RISP. Just pathetic.
this was one helluva Pitcher's duel until Nova loaded the bases, and gave up the Grand Salami to Smoak....... The Yanx have shown time and time again, they can recover and come back from deficits....break out the lumber, let the FAA make a No-fly zone over the Bronx, for the rest of the game.....
This is why I was upset that the Yankees stood pat while teams like Toronto loaded up. Toronto is now on an absolute tear.
WTF is with, those freebie handout- Drug Store Cowboy Hats look utterly, fkn ridiculous in YS..... The Largest Populated city in the USA, doesn't even have a Country and Western Station, as L.A. (2nd largest) doesn't either. So WTF is with the Drug Store Cowboy Hats, .........? This is something you should see in Dallas, Phoenix, Houston, KC, Denver (maybe),
I didn't think so but Toronto is going to be very difficult to fend off the rest of the way. Not to mention they're owning the Yankees this year.
Hey I give Toronto credit for being aggressive at the deadline. They're also still making some moves. It's obviously the top offense and they rented an ace pitcher.
this Series IMO; gives the momentum to Toronto for the rest of the Season, tho' I hope not........as you said: "Very difficult to fend off the rest of the year,"...... no doubt. I hope this Series doesn't set a precedent for PS, yet I think its is, and will, tho' (again) I hope not.........
You mean there are 2 Gods....? Because, I thought Eric Clapton was God......, at least the 60s Brits thought so.....
And to think that after a 3 game set in Cleveland they play these same Blue Jays again next weekend for a 3 game series.. Only this time in Toronto.
