This lineup just went right into the toilet. Then what makes it worse is compounding it with terrible defense.

The Yankees stink has been of their own sloppy play, rather than play to win they are playing scared. In hindsight some of Cashamns trades intending to have failed. Castro and the First Basemen have been riding the sickbooks and are not helping this team.
This game was lost in first inning..........poor defense put Yankees behind the eight ball. They never recovered.
To me one bright spot was how well grey pitched. Should have been shutout into the 6th. The hitting is very discouraging at the moment. If judge and sanchez don't get out of their funks swinging at all the bad pitches and the rest don't start picking up gunners at 3rd with less than 2 out the pitching won't matter. What they see in wade ill never know. can't hit for shit and makes a lot of mistakes in the field. Just use rizzuto at 2nd till castro gets back. Need a split in this series and we can weather the storm until batters resuscitate. If we lose 3 or get swept will be a tough hole to climb out from with boston on the horizon.
So we see Boston picking up another game, and don't look now but Tampa has crept back up from behind by taking 3/4 from the Astros.

3 lousy errors, changed the entire course of the game right from the opening of chutes... I'm looking forward to watching Gray pitch with a defense behind him one day....!!! and some hitting too, bet Sonny's sleeping, or trying too, (at this late/early hour), with wtf going over n over in his dreamy head, no gloves, no bats....
