as long as its not a White Castle Franchise........

    I haven't heard of 5 Guys Burger's either.........

I don't want to walk within a mile of smelling those hangover cheap square Burger's....

I ate so damn many White Castle Burgers in 74, after closing the Bars, while hitch-hiking Florida, that entire Summer......every single burger was ate while I was very drunk. Nothing worse than a Drunk Hangover, which is only made worse by White Castles......

...^^^same with Krystal burgers at 3 in the morning...I think they're about the same thing...square burgers and buns, pickles, mustard, and onions from hell.

Yep, I'd lump Krystal and White Castle in the same Dumpster..........

I've often thought, both were affiliated someway, as they both (like ya' said) sale those small square burgers (if you want to call it meat), and those onions from hell, being dried, then soaked in water for approximately 24 hrs, then drained, and served.....those fkng reconstituted Onions, get me everytime.....

...they have 'em in Florida?...I have a house down there but I've never seen a "5 Guys"...of course I wasn't really on the lookout for one.

...are they "home style" burgers?...or like something you might get at Hardees? I remember as a kid when Dad used to take us to a Whataburger drive-in...they had the the biggest burger I had ever seen.... 25 cents if I remember correctly. I always had a hearty appetite but it was all I could do to eat a whole one when I was 12 or so.

Really good hand formed burgers. Their fries are good also. They have like 1000 franchised locations nation wide. They say they have plans on a lot more so they might be coming to you one of these days.

They started out in Virginia and have spread out. In Pinellas County there are four or five locations. My squeeze make a mean burger but she will tell you that five guys gives her a run for the money. What really kicks them up though is the fries. Well cut and cooked just like Mom may have made, not like the crap at the big three fast food joints.
