    Let's hope the Yanx pick up where they left off, i.e. Shut Out pitching-

    Yankees pitchers shut out Toronto in 13 innings on Wednesday, marking only the second time in the last 42 seasons (since 1977) they recorded a shutout in a game that lasted at least 13 innings (also 15 shutout innings on 8/7/09 vs. Boston).

    • Went 15-5 vs. the National League in 2017, setting a club record for most Interleague wins in a single season
    • Went 7-3 in NL parks in 2017, winning six of their final 7G.
    • At 227-157 (.591), have the second-best Interleague record and second-most wins all-time

    Let's hope Stanton isn't sleepwalking thru this game....

    Stanton is a career .409/.480/1.000 (9-for-22) hitter with 1 double, 4HR and 3BB vs. Jacob deGrom, the most HR deGrom has allowed to any batter in his career...

    Stanton has 21HR in 52G at Citi Field, most by any visiting player...
    his .613 SLG is highest at the ballpark among all players (min. 100AB)...has 4HR in his last 5G at Citi Field (since 5/6/17) and 9HR over his last 15G (since 4/11/16).

    That was great. Wouldn't be surprised if kid is from around here yanks have him throw the first ball out for an upcoming game. Nothing like the enjoyment of a kid at a game and his favorite player (Judge) hits one out to win the game.

    Ok here is rhe situation..this week strep throat cane to the house first to my son..and me wed..i was in and out of conscience the last two games, ..been catching up on marvel movies with my kiddo...yesterday deadpool..today guardians of the galaxy...then family movie jumanji...now its time to get back to our yanks...its time to wake the bats up...lets go!
