My Dad did his best to make me a Dodgers’ fan, but he couldn’t best The Mick who was my baseball idol. I was a solid Yankee fan. My Dad lived and died Dodger Blue. The World Series rivalry was a New York rivalry until Dem Bums moved west. My father seriously was thinking of moving to California to be near his Bums. Never got the opportunity. Ah, the memories!
