^^^We're on the exact same page...I don't really have a "warm and fuzzy feeling" about Bird.

 

Tanaka missed his spot by at least a foot on that HR by Moreland.

Honestly I don't see Bird being a constant roster player for long durations; due to those physical defects. His Acromion surgery last year is one, in which the same, similar or totally differing conditon comes back again and again to haunt one. Often with additional related or new problems/conditons, ntm- inflammed bursa's are to be expected afterwards. Shoulder/ankle surgeries never seem to be without post trauma, or t/need for follow up surgeries also....

 

Tanaka may not make it past the 4th inning.
