MLB Umpires are just a complete and utter joke. If you don't throw out Fulmer for hitting Sanchez then tossing Kahnle is a complete joke. At that point he should've drilled him with the pitch. As for Romine he did absolutely nothing to deserve getting thrown out of the game. Cabrera pushed him first and then put up his hands ready to throw punches. What should Romine of done?

The home plate ump needs To be suspended for letting everything escalate

...spot on, Mess...this has been a grotesque display of piss poor umpiring...the HP ump should have stepped between Miggy and Romine once they started yapping at each other, and if he had we probably would not have had to witness this horrible game....next week when the suspensions are handed down there should also be one given to the HP umpire.

These situations have been handled terribly for a number of years now.

...now, as far as laying blame for this apparent loss, to be fair fellas, I can point to about 10 different play and players.

He let it get completely out of hand. The Tigers are out of it so it doesn't matter to them. The Yankees now automatically lose Girardi and now probably Thompson off the bench for a game. The Yankees also likely end up losing both their relievers for a game as well. Just a complete joke.

...been thinking...since there was so much confusion and there were 8 ejections and the HP Ump is partly to blame, maybe they will lessen a possible suspension on Sanchez...or maybe just fine him.

And of course what would a game be without Caleb throwing a little gas on the fire

Piss poor start by Garcia, followed up by Warren got the party started. There were also instances of where the offense failed as well. Then add in the "Saturday Nights Confusion, delays, and unprepared calls to the pen and there is the loss. What the Yankees need right now is a Cleveland win tonight, and a great start by the Old Lizard, Biggie tomorrow night. Os for the Tigers they are like the '11 & '12 Yankees, old, overpriced, but with a bit of bite.

Kool, I only heard joe say it wasn't handled well and it absolutely wasn't. Did he say anything else that I missed? And as for the umpires they can shove those wristbands up their asses.

And not that this means anything but did anyone see judge in the brawls. I don't recall seeing him on any of the replays.

He ran in and got right into the middle of the pile. It was actually pretty funny because obviously nobody was going to be able to hold him back.
