1.) Yao - a quality big, big man at 7'6", 310 lbs that makes the difference on both ends of the court and one that could dominate in the paint if he gets more touches and gets less unselfish. 2.) Lebron - an oversized shooting guard/point guard that can handle the ball, score, and make his teammates better with his passes and court vision. 3.) 'Melo - Very athletic, good all-around small forward who is capable of putting up a lot of points from anywhere on the court. Quality small forwards are hard to find in the league. 4.) Amare Stoudamire. A bit raw but has the potential to develop his game into many dimensions. Can make the difference at both ends of the court if he can stay out of foul trouble.

Yao might not have the numbers of Carmelo and Lebron in terms of scoring, and he may never. But he doesn't need to score in bunches to be effective. He's effective just being 7'6", and once he adjusts he'll be the premier post terror in the league, able to dominate games. Melo and Bron are both going to be amazing, but a dominant swingman is never as good as a dominant post player(unless that swingman is Money, which neither of these guys will be). Amare will be a great inside presence, but never be able to dominate games like the other three.
1. Yao Ming - I gotta go with the big man being most valuable.. big men just change the game that much, and he certainly is big.. 2. LeBron James - We all know why he's here 3. Amare Stoudamire - I just love the big athletic PF's, and this one will be great. He is starting to show what he can do since the all-star break, and I think he'll keep it up the rest of the year. I also expect him to pick it up right where he left it next season. 4. Carmelo Anthony - Melo is actually my favorite out of these 4, but I think the other three will have more impact on their teams than he will. Great potential like LeBron though, looking forward to his long and great career.
