And who the fuck said that they should bring back the SAME roster as last season with NO additions? Even Olshey has said multiple times that the team needs better players.

Cuban has already said his draft pick is up for grabs...he'd trade it in a heartbeat

I don’t really care what Neil said... the reality is he is not gonna land the peices to make a difference on this team offering up only Turner, Aminu, Harkless, Meyers, and the 24th pick in trade... this mythical players he thinks he will get that is 3&D, has size and can put the ball on the floor... no chance to get a difference maker offering that crap... then he will come to after draft press conference and say “look... were not just gonna make a trade to make a trade”... then we will have same roster because he refuses to put CJ on the table...

That’s fine, I respect you not liking that trade but it’s not laughable... Ayton and Doncic are about as sure thing as you can get at the top of a draft... the they have tremendous upside. Plus all Dame has shown on court so far in his career is that he is a great regular season player...

Cuban said they are open to trading, that doesn't mean they'd do it for CJ.

Yeah, hopefully they can be just as good as Dame and embrace and represent the city in the same way.

I totally get that you don't think there is a chance to add a difference maker (even though there is), but can you PLEASE give an example of a realistic CJ trade that you think would change the course of this team?

They'd be foolish not to if it's on the table....I don't see us doing this though

First of all, the 76ers wouldn't do this unless they completely struck out in free agency because it doesn't save them enough money to make a max offer this summer. They'd be better off just stretching Bayless and signing someone else while keeping Covington and Saric.

You do realize that Covington completely disappeared in the playoffs? He shot 32% from the field in 10 games. You harp on the Blazers who performed poorly in the post season but want to trade for someone who also played like crap? Do you think Saric has difference making potential? This seems like we traded CJ for a couple of role players so I don't know how this leads to a better future.

Wow, Blake Griffin is your answer? Stanley Johnson sucks so who do we have on the wings?

Memphis says no (I would probably do this one though).

As mentioned several times, this is my favorite CJ trade but there is no way the Cavs would do this.

I figured no matter what proposal I make you would say it wouldn’t work for one reason or another... the thing is, you don’t know if these role players would net to a better overall team and let Dame shine more... that’s just your opinion... what we do know for sure is McLillard will never lead to a title contender... Time for Neil to roll the dice or get out

Jordan has a player option so unless he opts in before the draft this trade is impossible to do. A little weird that you would want to trade for an almost 30 year old who would only have one year left on his deal if he did opt in. Gallinari is useless now and not worth his contract.
