I love that Rudy is playing in the Summer League...Yi just hit a jumper though...I love seeing Memphis scoring off of defense...thats what we're striding for.And what do you mean Conley doesn't care about the Summer League? Its his first two quarters against this type of competition and hes hardly tried to score...hes a playmaker...and thats what hes been doing in this game...

There are alot of players who don't give there all in the Summer League but I'm watching now and Conley is showing off his courtvision and athletecism. Man, Terrance Kinsey is a good scorer. He's got the shot, and he's also quick and aggressive. But man, Rudy is just taking these Chinese guys to school. He is so much more athletic and aggressive than them. He's just going right at them.Damn, dude just owned Rudy Gay with his combination of quickness, strength, and pure athleticism. Awesome play, reversing that sh*t all over his ass. His jump shot is cash too. This dude's a ball player. Talk about versatility.

 

But hes doing what he did at Ohio St. .....make plays. Hes not going to try and score and nobody is going to play full heartly in a summer league...you dont want to get hurt before training camp starts...

 

Memphis has a nice future.. Yi has great footwork for a big man... That is how he is going to be successful this year.. He can't handle Gay on defense though... That isn't a good thing.

Wow, that was another amazing dunk by Rudy Gay. Posterized Yi again! He's too good for this summer league. China's defense isn't touching him.

 

They keep talking about if Gasol can play in a uptempo style.....and he can. He did last season and hes more athletic than people realize...Gasols can face up just as good as he can post.KYLE LOWRY JUST DUNKED ON THE CHINESE DUDE AND POSTERIZED HIM!!!

 

BluffCityBlue, I am having an orgasm right now because of Rudy Gay. Oh my God! He should be on SportsCenter Top 10 3 times already. The 2nd poster he put Yi on was even more ridiculous than the 1st. Post up, spin move with his left hand, hop step in the paint, and 180 tommahawk on Yi. Jesus Christ...

 

The Lowry dunk was pretty awesome too...memphis is defiently going to be on NBAtv top 10 tonight...

 

Tarences shot has gotten alot better, hes looking very good. Im excited to see him play this season and how he plays against the best of the NBA.

He did it in the regular season too though...One of the most unnoticed players last season along with Walter Hermann. He did nothing in the first part of the season, but in the last month of the year he was averaging 19 a game.

 

He was looking good last season...It doesn't matter if its summer league...if your stroke is better...its better...
