Oh yeah S2S if you want the controls that are similar to NBA Live use the Controller setup or withe to B
I have the standard Laker TEAM.5 min quarters, superstar level.Nothing worht mentioning cept KB24 is averaging 30, 11 and 11.5. Triple double baby. Undefeated through the first month.
In like my 5th year, DWade with the Bucks won MVP averaging 31-10.5-8.1 and won DPOY. Crazy stuff. I'm in the WCF against Seattle though lol. Sonics are going down.

ah...decided to bump this thread to post mine. I just got NBA 2k7 on Saturday, and Ive made a Sixers dynasty. Some of the moves I can remember were trading Webber (he had a new contract) for Villanueva and a 1st round pick. I have no idea why the Bucks wanted Webber that much because his value was going down where as Charlie's was about to skyrocket. Iverson was getting pretty old, so I decided to trade him too well his value was still high. I traded him to the Spurs for Tony Parker and Ben Gordon (who I traded for Josh Howard). Anyway, here's my lineup after 6 yearsG-Tony Parker-91SG-Andre Iguodala-90SF-Josh Howard-85PF-Charlie Villanueva-91C-Jacob Sullivan-77My bench looks like thisF-Anthony Trent-78SF-Steve Gale-77SF-Rodney Carney-77SG-Huang-78PG-Jessie Karl-73That's the bench guys that I can remember...I made the 2nd round of the playoffs last year, but got eliminated by the Heat.

Can't blame you though, I don't do my teams either.
I play NBA Live 06 for the PS2 (haven't got 07 of anything yet). I don't want to brag or try to make myself sound like I am better than anyone, but NBA Live 06 is just way to easy. It doesn't matter what team I am or who is on the team, I win all the games against the computer and big. I beat all of my friends and I am pretty good online. So, I don't play a whole lot. I think every one that has NBA Live 06 would agree with me, even on the highest level, the AI sucks terribly. But anyways, I am unbeaten, on the highest level, I used to play 6 minute halves but since everyone plays 5, I changed to 5. I am the Cavaliers always, except for a couple times I tried being sucky teams. I have traded Eric Snow for Brent Barry, and I traded Gooden and Marshall for Rashard Lewis. And I don't cheat and put all the superstars on my team before I start a dynasty, I also don't pump up my players' ratings before a dynasty season.
I finally just finished my first regular season! I played all 82 games on 10 minute quarters (I didn't sim any, I hate that). I went 44-38, I won the Atlantic Division. Al Jefferson won 6th Man of the Year (12 points and 7 rebounds with a block) and Rajon Rondo surprisingly made the All-Rookie 1st Team (with averages of only 5 points, 2 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.5 steals). So, since I won the division, I got 4th seed in the playoffs, and I'm playing the Wizards in the first round of the playoffs. I havn't played Game 1 yet, but I will tomorrow. I heard the gameplay is harder in the playoffs and I also heard there are more dunk/layup animations. I heard the entire environment is much better, like real life. I hope all that is true, I can't wait to find out.

I hate simming games as well, I love to finish all the games then look at the stats and say "yeah, boy, I did that!" Anyhow, I haven't heard about that about the playoffs on the game, I stll have about 20-some games to go. It's tough on Hall-of-Fame with adjusted sliders.
82 games? Wow. You must play alot. I only play like 1 or 2 games each season, and then sim the rest.I just got done with my Blazers dynasty. I won back to back championships. My line up was...G-Chris Paul (99)SG-Brandon Roy (93)SF-Anthony Fuller (95)PF-LaMarcus Aldridge (85)C-Patrick O'Bryant (84)Chris Paul won Finals MVP both times...I didn't have one player who averaged over 20 ppg, but my team as a unit was just kickass. I also had Marcus Williams as backup PG.

Even if you play a couple games in the playoffs, YOU didn't win it all. That's so pointless for me. I just don't understand what the fun is if you sim games and cheaply stack your team with stars and "win" championships. That's not even playing. Cool, you played 2 games, simmed the rest. Did the same the next season... ok cool. Congrats, you have finished 9 seasons in 4 days, and you "won" 6 titles! Ugh...
Actually, I think if you play every game in the playoffs you did win those championships. That's exactly what I dr I play a 29 game season instead. I don't mind doing that.

I don't have time to play 82 games a season. I find it just fun to be the GM and play a few games here and there.
It is fun to try and construct good teams, as long as you limit yourself. If you want to, you can easily find ways to completely stack teams. I think it's funner to do that, and then get some sweet rookie to make a name for.

No one likes a good challenge on an ol' video game anymore on Hall-of-Fame difficulty now do they? Lol. I guess not.I was talking to one of my buds last night, and on his fantasy draft team with the Heat, he has...Arenas, Wade, LeBron, Brand, and Yao I think, if my memory serves me correctly.

I don't like stacking teams either. Just now I played 2 seasons with Charlotte, just GMing, and we're shaping up to be a good team. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Dec 24 2006, 02:33 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I won them with my GM skills.</div> But, at the same time, it's SO easy to rip other teams with trades, and signing a free agent is so easy. If I wanted to, I could trade Al Jefferson and a 1st round pick for like Dwight Howard, it's too easy. But hey man, it's your game, your life, and your enjoyment. Have fun with it in whatever way makes you happy, who cares what I think (or anyone else). I'm just saying, I don't like that.
