    Hello,
    I'd say the Oakland Raiders. There's a lot of contenders for this, but I say Raiders fans due to their loyalty. Sure they are often portrayed as all criminals, but even when the team has only one 3 games all season, they still pay their hard earned money to see the team play. They may not be the loudest, but they are definitely devoted.
