    What Shoes do ya wear?New Balance/Converse(I got wide feet)Style:Inside-Outside gameHow do Ya improve your game?Upper Boddy and Chest:Weights, crunches, etc.Legs and Calfs:Weight machines, ankle weights, etcShooting:Try to make 100 shots in a row(50 if I don't have alot of time)Layups:I usually work on those when I'm working on post movesJump:Ankle weights, used to do AA3.Endurance, Running, Speed:Cardio like Treadmill, bike, jump rope, boxing drillsAre you on a team?:Maybe try out for my juco team then hope to take it from there if I don't get wrestling started.What i want to improve on:Ball-Handling and focus.Pre-Game Song:Don't really listen to music before games.

    What Shoes do ya wear?me: nikeStyle:Me: i like passing, rebounding, and playin some raw f*cking defenseHow do Ya improve your game?Upper Boddy and Chest: Me: crunches, 6 inchesLegs and Calfs: Me: squats (do 150, no weights, painful), jump rope, running, agility and explosion drills. my legs are absolutely jacked. Shooting: Me: trying to find a consistent release pointLayups: Me: i got natural touch on the ball, i dont really work on them, im just good at them. Jump: Me: jump lots of rope. i play tennis so i condition regularly every day, 5 minutes non stop twice a day gets a good work out on your calfs. i also do some agility and explosion drills daily. Endurance, Running, Speed:Me: i play tennis, so to be in shape for that would be similar to basketball, but i do loads of suicides, qiuck step drills, sprints, etc. Are you on a team?:Me: nah, i play with my boys often, and go to the Y sometimes to play with random people.     What Shoes do ya wear?Any sort of Nike shoe that is old. I don't wear fresh pair of shoes on the court. That'd be a waste of shoes! Especially with my style of rough play.Style:Streetball without alleyoop dunks... or even regular dunks.Upper Boddy and Chest: I'm thin. I don't do much, except do push-ups every now and then.Legs and Calfs:I jog every now and then. Not much recently, though.Shooting:I shoot in a local park. The three-point line is probably FIBA-style. It's about twenty-feet. I practice on it every time I walk home. I spend about an hour shooting and then walk the rest of the way.Layups: I can't do many flashy lay-ups, but when I take the ball in, it's like I'm about to dunk on someone the way I run so fast and leap. I can do some flashy lay-ups, but nothing over-the-edge spectacular like that 360 lay-up that VC did.Jump:I have ankle weights, but I don't use them much. My court can't do higher than eight feet because my brother accidentally broke the "lifter" thing that you pull down to make your court go up to 10 feet or whatnot. I don't really see a reason to use the ankle weights. I will begin maybe today, though. I need to be able to jump higher now a days.Endurance, Running, Speed:Jog every now and then. Just as I stated before.Are you on a team?:No. Unless you want to count my brother and myself, along with three of our friends, who play 5-on-5 against any one playing at the local park or if you want to count my middle school tournament team. Other than that, no.What I want to improve on:Either jumping, so that I may be able to dunk, or three-point shooting. I shoot pretty good from anywhere on the court inside the three-point line. I have a lovely stroke from the mid-range jumpers, but my three-pointers are horrendous. I need to practice on them.Pre-Game Song:Anything. I can get into the "fire" mode through words, too. No need for songs.Sometimes I listen to myself, too. If I didn't already state this in another thread somewhere on BBW, I make rap songs. My best friend and I go to the studio every chance we get. It costs $30 an hour, but it's worth it. I don't plan on getting signed, but my friend does.
