Cliff was awesome. Packman was truly fun to watch, but wish the Blazers had kept him. He went to Denver and became a big fan fav. Ol' Cement Boots Miller threw down a gorgeous dunk vs. the Nuggets , in a game i attended . I was like, wow! didn't know he had those kind of hops. Just chose not to use them. He was a very good player for the Blazers, and the other teams he played for. Josh Hart. The player i wanted the Blazers to acquire for years, and didn't disappoint. Man! i was sad when we traded him. But he's happy, and that's what's important. If only the Blazer could have had young Sabonis. He was very good, but a shell of his great young self. He was Giannis , before Giannis. Oh what might have been if he was on those early 90's teams. They might have won 4 titles in a row.
Yeah Brooke is the real deal. I was nervous around her but not because I had a crush on her, just because she was right there and I wasnt expecting her so I was tongue tied. But she couldn't have been sweeter. Great representative of the team and city.
Good question, in seriousness there's guys like Clyde who I almost feel compelled to list then guys like Wes who obviously have much less talent and accomplishments but I just loved the way they approached the game. Pippen was awesome for us, and I especially liked towards the end when we moved him to PG. But I despised Stoudamire. Seems odd to list Pippen since I view him more as a member of the Bulls. Brian Grant I loved but he obviously wasn't as talented as other PF we had nor stayed with the team a long time and left for Miami, but he did return after his playing days. Sabas Id probably enjoy much more today, just found him slow to root for. Kenny Anderson was fun to watch, as well as Walt Williams, Alvin Williams, and James Jones. Rudy Fernandez was amazing as a rookie then disappointing. Sergio was fun. Marcus Camby and Gerald Wallace brought great energy and hustle. Then of course who can forget Ha Sung Jin. Rasheed Roy Dame Matthews Pippen
Now, if we're talking favorite all-time Blazer dunkers, agreed - 1. Shaedon Sharpe 2. Billy Ray Bates 3. Robert Pack 4. James 'Hollywood' Robinson 5. Jerome Kersey
I almost had Billy Ray Bates in my top 5. I really liked him and is probably tied for 6th with Steele.
