    It seems weird to bench a guy with a lot of talent like Maggette, but it suits him well to provide a spark off the bench while Ross is busy guarding the opposing team's best wing. Thomas can provide perimeter shooting while backing up the 3/4 positions, but that's about it.

    What about Maggette is Ross that much more effective On D that Maggette should be coming off the bench
