Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke underwent a 90-minute operation Saturday to repair a broken left collarbone, an injury he suffered in a benches-clearing brawl against the San Diego Padres. The Dodgers said in a statement that a metal plate was inserted to stabilize the broken bone. The surgery was performed by doctors John Itamurra and Neal ElAttrache at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles.
