All game long Oklahoma State has been leading Gonzaga. The Bulldogs got back into the game by getting to the free throw line. They've taken 31 FTs so far compared to only 8 by the Cowboys. Zaga has not looked the same offensively without Ravio starting for them. Under a minute left and down by one point, Zaga is close to being upset.
WHOA, HOLY COW! Adam Morrison banks in a ridiculous 25 foot 3 pointer, to give the Bulldogs the lead. Kiss off the glass, you gotta love it. JamesOn Curry last second heave ... BRICK! Zaga wins Zaga wins. Amazing.
You have to give some credit though to Oklahoma State, going up to Seattle with the crowd and hanging with Gonzaga for 39 minutes and 58 seconds. The young players gave it all they had and just came up short. I'm not sure if Gonzaga learned a lesson from the Duke v. Kentucky game back then but why you would not have anybody covering the inbound pass? If Oklahoma State would have had Jameson Curry make that shot I can assure you that they would be jumping Mark Few for letting the passer see the whole court.
Sadly I missed this game, but it's typical Gonzaga basketball. Subpar to mediocre first half, breakout 2nd half. and Adam Morrison dominating. i <3 GU
