The Detroit Lions signed defensive end Ziggy Ansah, the fifth overall pick in this year's draft, to a five-year contract on Friday. Detroit opens its rookie camp with all nine of its draft picks signed. Details of the deal weren't immediately known. This is the earliest the Lions have signed a first-round pick since quarterback Matthew Stafford agreed to a contract before he was selected No. 1 overall in 2009.
