The Art of the Steal 8/10. I don't watch much documentary movies but I really enjoyed this one.

I took my teenage daughter and some friends to see Scott Pilgrim last night. I am still trying to wrap my brain around what I saw. I definately laughed and enjoyed myself, but I'm not sure if it was really stupid or really brilliant. I never read the comic books, and knew nothing about the movie before I went. I love Michael Cera though, and I thought Kieran Culkin was great in this movie.

I guess I would give it 8.5 outa 10. Not for everyone, but I liked it.

I watched Kick Ass on Blu Ray from Netflix a couple days ago. I thought it would be just ok but it was great. I know it isn't PC for some people but it didn't bother me at all. I loved Dark Knight but for just being entertained and would want to watch again I liked Kick Ass more. I would rate it 9 out of 10.

Kick Ass was better than I expected it to be. I saw Machete last night, also better than I expected it to be.

I could relate to Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character. Good plot.

The Expendables - 7/10 - Action packed with good cast (doesn't mean good acting) and a simple plot.

    Bruno - 7.5

The reactions were epic. I can't believe what he did at the MMA event. Sacha Baron Cohen is an evil genius. His agent, Lloyd Anderson, was hilarious.

I watched this again and I have to say it's an extremely well made movie. I have to bump up my rating. Definitely one of my favorites.

I can understand why people liked it as a philosophic talking point, but the movie was completely different than the previews. I knew something was wrong when it started with the really artsy credits. Honestly I left the theater really weirded out

When the stuff happened that I know you know what I'm talking about, I was like just like "..what the fuck?..." I mean seriously, what the fuck. It was good and somewhat normal until then. Then I was weirded out as well. I was so confused cause I didn't know why that would happen.

    Hangover 2. 6/10

Pretty much what I was expecting. It had a few hilarious scenes, but definitely fell short of the bar set so high by the first. It proved to be a pretty unnecessary sequel, which I was concerned about when it was first announced.

Super 8 - a 10. As someone said, it's like a lost, early Spielberg movie.
