• Monday marks the fourth and final regular season game between the Trail Blazers and Grizzlies in 2015-16.

• Memphis has won the past two games in this series after dropping the initial contest on Nov. 5 in Portland.

• The Grizzlies have won five consecutive home games against the Trail Blazers, including a 101-100 victory earlier this season on Nov. 13.

• With a win, Memphis would claim its fourth consecutive series title against Portland (2012-13 to 2014-15).

• Portland is 3-11 against Memphis since the start of the 2012-13 season.

• CJ McCollum has averaged 20.6 points in three games against the Grizzlies this season. McCollum, who has scored 20+ points in two of those games, is 7-of-18 from beyond the arc during that stretch.

• In the most recent game between these two teams on Jan. 4, Zach Randolph scored 26 points on 11-of-18 shooting. That marks his highest point total in his past 17 games against the Trail Blazers.

• Including the 2015 NBA Playoffs, CJ McCollum has scored 20+ points in four of his past six games against the Grizzlies.

• Al-Farouq Aminu is averaging 14.0 points and 10.7 rebounds in three games against Memphis this season. Aminu has recorded two double-doubles in those three games.

• In 21 career games against the Grizzlies, all three of Al-Farouq Aminu’s top scoring games have come in a Trail Blazers uniform (11, 16, 15).

• Portland hasn’t defeated Memphis twice in the same season since going 2-1 against the Grizzlies in 2011-12.

• Memphis is 8-2 in its past 10 games, while Portland owns a 7-3 record in that same timeframe.

• The Grizzlies are 25th in the NBA in scoring (97.8 ppg), while the Trail Blazers have limited their opponents to less than 100 points in five of the past six contests (all wins).

• Memphis forward Zach Randolph played six seasons with the Trail Blazers after being drafted by Portland with the No. 19 pick of the 2001 NBA Draft. Randolph averaged 16.0 points and 7.7 rebounds with the Trail Blazers.

HEAD-TO-HEAD HISTORY:
ALL TIME: Trail Blazers lead, 43-34
IN PORTLAND: Trail Blazers lead, 23-16
AT THE GRIZZLIES: Trail Blazers lead, 20-18

This would be a really nice win - get it, and a home win against Houston leaves as at .500 heading into the All-Star break, and safe to say few people would have ever expected that.

I'm hoping Stotts improves his substitution routine as the season closes out.
To me his rigid substitution pattern is not keeping the players fresh.
Guys have frequently looked gassed - which adds extra wear and tear as the season progresses.

Against a physical team like the Grizzlies - I'd like to see him substitute a little more frequently.

Here's hoping we're .500 at the break!

I disagree...he's playing a 10 man rotation and in my view..has used a really balanced rotation..last few years, yeah...not this one though

Defensively, do we put CJ or Dame on Tony Allen? Does Moe get the assignment on Courtney Lee? Or will Stotts just try to play it straight?

Marc Gasol is now questionable for the game tonight.

"Marc Gasol (right foot) is questionable to play against the Blazers on Monday. He admitted he is playing through an injury and described it as "playing on one leg." The Grizzlies have a game on Monday and Wednesday, so they might want to be careful with Gasol this week before the break. If he can't go, expect to see a lot of small-ball lineups from the Grizzlies. Feb 8 - 2:12 PM

Not good for my fantasy team.

He's obviously afraid to face Meyers again! :)

How did Meyers do against him last time, and in games past? I seem to remember Meyers being a little bitch whenever we play Memphis.

God, I hate Memphis. The team from the Asshole of the United States.

Meyers was great in playoffs vs Memphis

MEYERS IS THE BEST, MAX PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dame > Meyers as a 3 pointer.

Meyers needs to be traded. Kappa.

Go Blazers! This is a game we need to win if we are playoff bound

CJ keeps missing the extra pass to an open shooter to jack contested jumpers. And his D looks awful tonight. Missing rotations left and right

Man screens just take dame out from the picture like no player I've ever seen

Lillard with 2 threes in.

Tunchi on milk cartons.

Considering you don't know how Lowry is feast or famine, you probably haven't watched another player, so your assessment is invalid.
