I don't really want to make this a Trump thread, but it's inevitable.
I was watching the president speak about the death of Al-Bagdadi, saying that he was crying and whimpering and all, and I just didn't believe him. I have sadly gotten to the point where I really believe almost nothing that comes out of Trump's mouth. I knew a guy in high school who was like Trump. A pathological liar. Eventually, we trusted nothing this "friend" ever told us.
Similarly, when the president talks about the transcript of his infamous call, he again is lying, saying that it was a "complete transcript." But of course it wasn't, it was a memo of the call, with tons of deletions. Is everything he says a lie? How can you trust anything he says?
It's so strange. I almost can't fathom how someone can operate that way. I really hate to lie, and hate when people lie to me.
