Watching the finals now.

I hope our current team is also.

No team in today's league could compete against either of those teams. Not even close.

It seems that the concepts of desire, determination, personal sacrifice, teamwork, and never give an inch, have been greatly watered down over the last 4 decades.

This game and series just showed how bad this years team actually was.

At what time is the next one scheduled? I have YouTube TV and it hasn’t been listing these classic games so I keep missing out.

They’re replaying it now..it’s almost halftime. Last year we were so much more than the sum of our parts..this year we are much less..basketball is an art

Jokic was dirty as fuck too intentionally slamming into Kanters shoulder multiple times. Watching this makes me miss Kanter, Curry,Harkless and Aminu..I know we couldn’t have kept them all but fuck..

Damn Collins is so underrated..we had the perfect setup last year to make a deep run, then Nurk got hurt. Perfect mix of vets and guys on bargain contracts. And chemistry..the mysterious element

This game on right now is awesome!
2000 playoffs vs Utah

The audio is crap.

It was kind of bittersweet seeing Paul Allen at the game. :(

Who was the lady that Steve Smith accidentally ran into that Paul went and comforted? Was that his mother?

Also, was that the game where his mom broke her wrist but refused to leave the game until it was over?

I do love seeing the crowd being so into the game, especially standing up whenever the ball is on their side of the court.

Ha, forgot about the "Beat LA" chant at the end. Say, whatever happened in that next series? I have absolute no recollection of it.

What audio?
Couldn't hear the play by play...
Why the hell would they even show that game?
No way in hell that's a Top 12 Blazer game and piss poor audio to boot?
Byron Russell missing two free throws constitutes a classic?
Guess I'm just angry.....wonder why.

Yeah, that's not one of the games I'd consider a classic. I'm glad they showed any games period, but that was definitely not one I think back on and go "damn, awesome game".

That was an ugly game if anything.

I have watched the Blazers vs Lakers WCF’s over, but to this day I havent watched any of the Lakers vs Pacers series. It hurts too much.

Shoot, this game brings back memories. Aside from being absolutely buoyant about our chances at a championship, I'm reminded how exhausting and irritating that team was for me. I was dismayed with our inconsistency, Damon's TOs, why Grant seemed a shell of his prior year version, and where was the Sonic version of Detlef, and will someone step up and be the closer? None of that was probably fair, and none of those players were bad given their roles, but I was in my most passionate phase of being a fan. What a fun team! Man, Pippen was good. Such a long, athletic team. Killer on defense and killer in the post. They could have swept the Lakers with a guy like Lillard. Watching the game, I wonder how if things would have been different if we didn't make the Damon trade. Oh well, say la vie.
