Trump is a classic sociopath...he likes to dominate people and hurt them when he has the chance, especially when he's losing ground in a power struggle. I think the death penalty was unwarranted in this case but I'm not against the death penalty

All poor. Five Black men and a woman with a life history of extreme abuse so mentally ill she rarely knows what is happening.
One of the men pro life Trump rushed to execute had an active appeal based on prosecutor having been officially sanctioned for systematically excluding Black jurors.

Who gives a damn? I fucking hate both of those parties but if you want to be truly clear about it, it's the Democrats and the left who have put stays on executions and have put stays on the death penalty. It's happened this very state. So don't come at me with this both sides argument. It's bullshit. Texas and Florida have been ran by Republicans for the longest time and do states have executed the most out of any of the states in the nation.
Conservatives need to own their shit. They're not pro-life! They're anti-abortion.
You cannot be pro-life if you are pro war, Pro capital punishment, pro-gun, Pro prison, and anti Healthcare for all. But... Conservatives are hypocrites and they don't care about it... Talking about all lives matter... They don't give a damn about black lives...

Bernard didn't kill anyone. He was party to a car jacking. The people in the car were killed, but he did not kill them. He wasn't there when they were abducted. Younger accomplices who committed worse acts got more lienent sentences. The jury that convicted him were almost all white. There are questions of racism with the prosecutor.
Bernard deserved to serve prison time for his crime, but he did not deserve to die.

@dviss1 is angry and rightfully so. Executions rarely ever happen during transition, and Trump is having a handful of black men and a woman executed because he is pissed he lost. That's pretty fucked up.

Capital punishment is cruel and unusual. It is also not even fiscally responsible. Over the years I have gone over the many reasons why we should abolish this practice. People have asked me things about my son and they can kindly STFU. Don't ask me that now... humans need to evolve our minds to a point to where we believe that all killing of each other is wrong. Yes that means even State killing. It's funny to me how these conservatives say that they don't want to have government control their lives but then they give government the ultimate control over their lives...
