Doctors who help carry out the abortions could also face jailtime and a permanent revocation of their license, with the company adding, 'There are no exceptions in the law to allow an abortion even when the woman's health is at risk, in cases of severe fetal malformation, or in cases of rape or incest.' 'It wasn't until a couple days later that we realized the details of the legal restrictions, and that made the behavior of the medical professionals make a lot more sense. It hammered home just how bad our situation was,' Jay told the Today show. The couple was given two options - sit and wait for the pregnancy to end on its own and hope that nothing happens to Andrea in the meantime, or take an 'extremely risky' flight to a nearby country where abortion is allowed. 'There's a kind of torture that happens, psychologically, when you've been attaching to a pregnancy, seeing her on the ultrasound and making plans, only to learn you can't have her,' he said. 'And then you encounter a medical system that puts you in the situation we're in now - probably the worst situation imaginable. 'They have the capacity to provide the help. It's right there and available. But not only will they not help, but they're doing things to prolong suffering. We wanted this baby girl, and without water she's now compressed.' On top of being terrified for his wife's health, he is also worried about the cost of her medical treatment, admitting that it has 'wrecked their finances.' Actually Islamic law does not prohibit abortion. There are three views prevalent among Muslim scholars, most of whom are men. Some allow what we call first trimester abortion as a woman's choice. Others allow abortion very early in hardship cases. Only a minority days abortion should be banned. Like in America, the most woman hating are in power.
So if the woman survives, and the heartbeat finally stops, will they then take it out of her, if so, maybe can we leave it on Supreme Courts doorstep?

There are plenty of studies that would debunk this, but I still hope it becomes part of the process in states that will allow abortions.
Women don't give a fuck what you wish upon them nor should they. Go find an orphanage and deal with your wishes with your home and pocketbook...hopefully you'll choose a child of incest...they usually have special needs and nobody wants them. Maybe they'll have some crack babies that can benefit from your financial contributions..cut some of your tourist dreams short and become a full time child care professional...that's what Jesus would want. You're not going to care for a poverty stricken single mom who's been raped...you're going to add to her burden because you think fetus ultrasound photos are cute.

The people did not decide since most opposed this decision. Five people who think they know what's best for an entire country decided to overturn decades of precedent and actually voted to take away peoples fundamental right to choose what to do with their own fucking body. Decided there is no separation of church and state anymore, since that's where this all comes from - outdated religious dogma. Forcing teens, those with health concerns and those who are raped to give birth is disgusting and yet another damning legacy of Donald Trump.
