I'd like to know who worked with him on it. Kudos to them. And to Billups for seemingly handling his ups and downs so well.

can we please kill this thread or put it on ice until AFTER the season cause I think at least for right now Scoot has done enough to make this thread look silly

During the game last night they said Pooh Jeter was working with him daily on his game.

I just want to say DAMN! This dude just scored 30 on 15 shots, he went 3 for 7 from three. It's only one game and he'll have games that aren't great but what we've seen from him is that his numbers advanced and box score, just keep getting better and better.

This is kind of why it's still going. It's silly. I'm enjoying the fun with it.

I was at the game last night and I will say Scoot was easily a step faster than anyone else on the court. The Thugget players kept yelling at help defenders to get to their positions and nothing was working.

Also, there were several times where Scoot was switched on Jokic, and Jokic tried to back him off his spot. Everyone else was blown back two feet by Joker's a**, but Scoot's lower body is so strong, he didn't move. Impressive.

I had several Thugget fans remark to about how good we were going to be in a few years, and that Scoot and Ant were unstoppable.

Just keeping those expectations realistic on here day in and day out is my mission. The same dudes that had this kid headed to the HOF before the season started.... after last night are HYPED. Dudes on here wanting to kick him out of the league after a rough patch.....it's comical. Give these players time to adjust.

Sebastian Telfair’s career-high points was 30. Came in his fifth season at age-23.

Scoot’s reached 30 or more twice. He’s already twice as good as Sebas.

Dan just did a small tour of England and spends most of his time in Prague. He's pretty popular in Europe.

Time to revive this thread? 37.7% from the field and 15.8% from 3 since his return from injury. Has he been re-busted?

He's 20 now, and I'm beginning to have my doubts. The Dante Exum 10-years-to-have-a-decent-season plan doesn't really work for me.

It’ll click eventually and he’ll make a lot of us eat crow.

    However….

He’s been extremely disappointing. His advanced stats are nearly identical to rookie Armon Johnson. Putrid.

This summer it’s clear that he needs to primarily work on his jumper. This will open up his game so
    much.

Can you think of any other PGs that have ever turned it around after a rough first season?
